Home to 65 milking cows, the farm produces its own raclette and tomme cheeses as well as rich mountain butter, all of which feature in the hearty dishes served here. From raclette and fondue to the classic assiette valaisanne and the must-try croûte au fromage, every meal reflects the flavors of the high pastures.
Accommodation is in comfortable dormitories, free showers are provided.
